In order to continuously and deeply promote the construction of stroke centers and strengthen the data management and quality control of all units, the Office of the National Stroke Prevention and Control Engineering Committee has upgraded the direct reporting system of stroke centers based on the feedback of stroke centers and expert argumentation.
Job requirements
1. Stroke center units at all levels shall designate special personnel to report the data. The applicant logs on the National Stroke Center website (website: http://www.sinosc.org/ ）And truthfully report relevant work data as required. This work will be one of the main bases for online evaluation and on-site verification of stroke centers.
2. In principle, relevant data shall be reported immediately, and the data of the current month shall be reported no later than the 5th day of the next month.
3. The office of the Stroke Prevention and Control Engineering Committee will carry out data verification in combination with the data docking between each stroke center unit and the China Stroke Data Center. According to the results, the actual workload reported by each stroke center unit and the last month's ranking will be publicized on the platform in the middle of each month.
4. Data before October 2018 (including October) are still reported in the old version of the direct reporting system, and data after November 2018 (including November) are reported in the new version of the direct reporting system of the stroke center.
