In this spring filled April, The Third Academic Conference of Neuropsychological and Emotional Disorders Professional Committee of Shandong Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment Association and the Training Course of Neuropsychological and Emotional Disorders Seminar of Comprehensive Medical College of Sleep Disorders Special Committee of Shandong Pain Medical Association, organized by Professor Wang Minzhong of the Department of Neurology of Shandong Provincial Hospital and Professor Liu Zhenhua of the Sleep Medical Center, was held in the beautiful Jinan Quancheng Hotel on April 21, 2019. More than 200 experts and scholars in neuropsychological related fields from all over the province attended the conference.
At 8:30 a.m. on April 21, Professor Wang Minzhong, Chairman of the Neuropsychological and Emotional Disorders Professional Committee of Shandong Association for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases, and Deputy Director of the Department of Neurology of the East Hospital of Shandong Provincial Hospital, announced the formal opening of the meeting.
First of all, Vice President Xiao Wei, a member of the Party Committee of Shandong Provincial Hospital, delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcomed the teaching guidance of nationally renowned scholars from Beijing, Tianjin and other places, welcomed experts and colleagues from all over the province to participate in academic exchanges, put forward hopes and requirements for actively developing discipline construction, and congratulated the successful convening of this conference.

Professor Wang Chunxue, the director of the Department of Neuropsychiatry of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, the doctoral supervisor of Capital Medical University, combined with the research progress in related fields, comprehensively and carefully explained "Comprehending the comprehensive management of the quality of life of stroke patients from the new guidelines", which won warm applause from everyone.
Professor Sun Daliang, director of the geriatric department of Tianjin Anding Hospital, made an in-depth discussion on the treatment strategies based on the neurobiology of anxiety symptoms, so that the participating experts could have a new understanding of anxiety symptoms from the perspective of neurobiology.
Professor Yang Xiaodong, a well-known expert from Shandong Mental Health Center, made a wonderful academic report on the diagnosis and treatment of "refractory depression".
