1 Background：
Shandong Stroke Association，Founded on November 22, 2013, it is an academic and non-profit corporate social organization voluntarily formed by clinical, prevention, rehabilitation, management, scientific research workers, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, and private non enterprise units related to cerebrovascular diseases in Shandong Province and registered in Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs according to law. It is a bridge and link between the Party and the government and cerebrovascular disease workers, It is an important social force to develop the science and technology of cerebrovascular disease prevention in Shandong Province. The Professional Committee of Neuropsychology and Emotional Disorders is an academic conference organized by the Shandong Association for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases and participated by medical personnel from the fields of neurology, mental and psychological rehabilitation medicine in seventeen cities of Shandong Province. Its purpose is to promote the exchange and cooperation of health undertakings in the field of neuropsychology and emotional disorders in various regions of Shandong Province, and to serve as a comprehensive hospital for neurology, rehabilitation The relevant professional workers in the psychological department and psychiatric hospital provide a communication platform, and promote the communication of health workers through various forms of academic exchanges and professional training, so as to better improve the health service level in various regions in areas such as anxiety and depression. The purpose of this meeting of the Professional Committee on Neuropsychological and Emotional Disorders is to convey and communicate the latest research progress in this field; Improve the diagnosis and standardized treatment of related diseases by clinicians, improve the clinical recognition and diagnosis ability of doctors, and improve the standardized treatment of emotional disorders and neuropsychological diseases. The specific contents of this meeting will focus on the introduction of the basic and clinical knowledge of somatic diseases combined with anxiety, depression, psychological diseases and psychosomatic medicine in general hospitals, as well as the research progress in related fields in recent years, from the aspects of etiology, clinical diagnosis, differential diagnosis, standardized treatment, etc.
The meeting members are mainly targeted at neurologists at or above the chief level in provincial, municipal and county-level general hospitals throughout the province and the country, as well as doctors at or above the chief level in psychology, psychosomatic medicine and psychiatry. The project mainly covers doctors from hospitals at all levels in Shandong Province and the country. It is planned to have 100 on-site participants and 6000 online participants.

Time: November 14-15, 2020. Check in at 14:00-19:00 on the 14th. The opening ceremony of the conference was held at 8:30 on the 15th. After the opening ceremony, academic lectures and training courses were held all day long. The conference ended at 16:00 on the 15th.
