What are the signs of cerebrovascular disease?

(1) Motor nerve dysfunction

This kind of omen is common. Due to insufficient cerebral blood supply, the nerve in charge of human motor function fails, which is usually caused by sudden mouth deviation, drooling, difficulty in speaking, unclear enunciation, aphasia or inability to express one's meaning, dysphagia, weakness or inability to move one side of the body, falling holding objects, walking unsteadily or falling suddenly, and limb spasm or jumping.

(2) Headache and dizziness

The common manifestation is that the nature and feeling of headache are different from those of ordinary days, and the degree is relatively severe. The intermittent headache changes into persistent headache. If the headache is fixed at a certain position, it may be the precursor of cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage. Headache and dizziness are related to the fluctuation of blood pressure.

(3) Moving dysfunction

The analysis area, sensory organs and sensory nerve fibers of the brain are affected due to insufficient blood supply to the brain, which are often manifested as facial numbness, tongue numbness, lip numbness, and numbness or foreign body sensation in one limb; Some people can't see things clearly, or even suddenly become blind for a while; Many people feel dizzy suddenly; Some limbs have spontaneous pain; Others have sudden tinnitus and hearing loss.

(4) Abnormal mental consciousness

If you want to sleep all the time, it is not due to excessive fatigue, but a sign of insufficient blood supply to the brain. Some people show insomnia, and some people have some changes in their personality, such as loneliness, taciturn or indifferent expression, some are multilingual and irritable, and some will have a temporary loss of consciousness or intellectual decline, or even loss of normal judgment, which are related to insufficient blood supply to the brain.

(5) Autonomic nerve dysfunction

Although it is rare and has no specificity, a few patients with cerebrovascular disease have some symptoms of autonomic nervous dysfunction due to cerebrovascular disease, blood pressure fluctuation and the influence of cerebral blood supply before the onset, such as obvious fatigue, sweating, low heat, palpitation or chest tightness; Some people have hiccups, nausea and vomiting.

In addition to the above five categories, a few people may have epistaxis and conjunctival hemorrhage before the onset of cerebrovascular disease, but local lesions caused by nasal diseases such as nasal polyps, conjunctivitis or small blood vessel hemorrhage should be excluded. If retinal hemorrhage is found in fundus examination, it often indicates the possibility of cerebrovascular disease. All these omens are related to blood pressure fluctuation, insufficient cerebral blood supply, and changes in blood composition. It is generally believed that headache and dizziness are the most common omens of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.

Cerebrovascular disease is a kind of cerebral dysfunction caused by various vascular brain diseases. Brain diseases are often very serious, so when people find that they have cerebrovascular disease, they must go to the hospital in time for treatment. In order to treat cerebrovascular diseases faster and better, our hospital suggests that you choose "CRAS robot" extracerebral surgery system+neuromodulation therapy.
