10 signals before cerebrovascular collapse

1. Severe headache

There is no obvious cause for this headache. Many people have intermittent headaches at first, but later it turns into persistent headaches. The duration of symptoms may vary depending on each person's condition.

2. Dizziness and discomfort

According to experts, many people will feel dizzy to varying degrees before the occurrence of cerebral haemorrhage, suddenly feel whirly, stand unsteadily, lift their feet with difficulty, or even fall to the ground.

3. One side is numb

Many cerebral haemorrhages can lead to numbness of face, arms and fingers, especially the ring finger! If you often feel numb in both sides of your body, you should consider whether there is a problem with small blood vessels in your brain. If there is fatigue in the upper or lower limbs while numbness occurs, the situation is more critical.

4. The eyes darken

Suddenly, the eyes suddenly darken, or one eye appears unclear, blurred, or even double. These may be the precursor of cerebral hemorrhage, and we must not be careless.

5. The base of the tongue is hard

Suddenly, I feel that the root of my tongue is stiff, my tongue is swollen, I can't speak clearly, and even my tongue is painful and difficult to swallow.

6. Cough frequently

Coughing occurs inexplicably in the process of drinking or eating, which is also a precursor of cerebral hemorrhage in many people.

7. Yawning

Some patients also said that they would yawn regardless of time and place. In fact, this is a sign of brain hypoxia.

8. Grip strength decreases

The arm suddenly loses its grip. For example, it feels obviously that it has grasped something, but it falls to the ground. Sometimes it is accompanied by unclear speech.

9. Frequent nosebleed

If normal nosebleed is not terrible, but if accompanied by high blood pressure, you should be careful about the symptoms of nosebleed. According to experts, patients with hypertension often have epistaxis, and cerebral hemorrhage is likely to occur within six months.

10. Sleepiness during the day

Some people will have somnolence symptoms before the onset of cerebral hemorrhage. They feel sleepy even in the day when they are in good spirits, and feel very tired and not enough sleep.

Be careful if you have more than 3 symptoms accompanied by hypertension and other diseases. If the symptoms are mild, it is better to go to the hospital for a systematic inspection in time, and never be careless. Once you miss treatment, you may be disabled for life.
