Coronary heart disease is a group of diseases in which coronary atherosclerosis causes myocardial insufficiency. Hypertension, hyperlipidemia and smoking are recognized as major risk factors for coronary heart disease. The causes of cerebrovascular disease caused by coronary heart disease are : due to myocardial ischemia, the decrease of cardiac pumping function, the decrease of cardiac output and circulating blood volume, the relative reduction of blood supply to the brain, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain and cerebral hypoxia. At the same time, most patients with coronary heart disease have cerebral arteriosclerosis, and the risk of cerebrovascular disease is greatly increased. In addition, cerebrovascular disease can aggravate coronary insufficiency and further aggravate cerebral ischemia.
