Modern epidemiological studies have shown that some factors are closely related to the incidence of cerebrovascular disease, known as risk factors. Including : 1 Age : 55 ~ 75 years of age, the incidence of cerebrovascular disease increased linearly ; 2 Heredity : Research data showed that the incidence of cerebrovascular disease in parents with stroke was 4 times higher than that in the control group. 3 hypertension or hypotension ; heart disease ; diabetes ; 6 hyperlipidemia such as high cholesterol ; 7 smoking and drinking ; 8 Obesity ; 9 Dietary factors : mainly excessive salt, meat and animal oil containing saturated fatty acids ; 10 other : long-term oral contraceptives, type A character, etc. In addition, head and neck trauma can induce internal carotid artery thrombosis.
Some of these risk factors cannot be intervened, such as age, heredity, etc. Some can be intervened, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, eating habits, etc. Active intervention can reduce the occurrence of stroke.
