The risk of cerebral angiography is mainly perioperative complications.
1.Puncture site injury : Local hematoma is the most common, with an incidence of about 6 %. After angiography to bed, the puncture site to prohibit bending activity for 12 hours or even 24 hours.
2. the operation process leads to vasospasm, plaque shedding, vascular occlusion, leading to acute cerebral ischemia.
3.Contrast-related complications ( allergies, contrast-induced nephropathy, contrast-induced encephalopathy ), after imaging to encourage patients to drink a lot of water, to promote the discharge of contrast media.
4. The most serious complications are cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Contraindications for iodine allergy ( need to go through desensitization therapy, or the use of iodine-free contrast agent ), patients with severe bleeding tendency or hemorrhagic disease.
