The General Assembly was chaired by Professor Cui Lianmin, Secretary-General of Linyi Physicians Association. Professor Meng Fanguo, Chairman of the First Neurosurgery Branch of Linyi Physicians Association and Professor Meng Fanguo of Linyi People 's Hospital, made a report on the work of the First Neurosurgery Branch Committee. Professor Wang Mingguang of Linyi People 's Hospital made a report on the preparatory work for the selection of the branch. Through online and offline elections, Professor Meng Fanguo was elected as an honorary director, and Professor Yu Jianjun, director of cerebrovascular surgery of Linyi People 's Hospital, was elected as a new director. At the same time, 10 deputy director members and 40 standing members were elected. The newly elected chairman Yu Jianjun made an inaugural speech at the general meeting, saying that the committee was confident and capable of uniting the majority of neurosurgeons, focusing on the wisdom of everyone, and running the neurosurgeons branch well.

Yu Jianjun concluded that the academic sharing and exchange of this conference covered brain trauma, brain tumors, neurospine, cerebrovascular disease and severe neurological diseases. The basic research also included the sharing of technology and materials, which fully demonstrated the rapid development of neurosurgery and the rapid growth of neurosurgery business capabilities and technology.
